SUBJECT:Reimbursement for Legal Representation

Attached, please find a request for:

Authorize the reimbursement or payment for legal representation of individuals, who by virtue of their employment or position with the State Senate, are a party to any inquiry or investigation. Such payment is limited to services provided for the inquiry or investigation and may not exceed $10,000 per individual. The Chief Clerk shall have the authority to review and approve any request for reimbursement or payment.
