Legislature to Pay for Caucus Legal Fees

--Legislative leaders have approved paying the legal fees of those who need representation during the caucus investigations. Below are the details of the Assembly reimbursement policy, which was approved yesterday. The unanimously OK'd Assembly version has no cap, but the Senate version - in the process of being approved -- has a cap of $10,000 per person.

Meanwhile, a potential civil settlement involving the Legislature, the Ethics Board and the Elections Board still hasn't been finalized.
